Hey! My name is Shia Seymmone Rozier. When I graduated I had over $1.4 million in academic scholarship offers and over $20,000 in outside scholarships. I am now a second-year Public Relation student with a Political Science minor at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University on a full ride academic scholarship as an Lewis and Elizabeth Dowdy Scholar.
Mission
The idea of Million Dolla Scholar came to me at the end of my senior year. Truthfully, the beginning of my senior year was one of the most stressful of my life. I thought how much easier my year would have been if I had a guide for my senior year, and from there, I decided I wanted to become the resource I wished I had. The mission of Million Dolla Scholar is to give high school students the resources to get into college and with as many scholarships as possible.
Impact of Million Dolla Scholar
Million Dolla Scholar has reached over 1,000 students. The resources of this platformed have assisted students with reaching both their college and scholarship goals. Scholars have secured admission to their dream colleges and multiple have received thousands of dollars in scholarships.
